02About this website

This site gives general information about our residential flooring services in New Jersey and lets you request an estimate. Service descriptions, answers to common questions and other content are general in nature. Every home is different, so the right solution for your floors can only be confirmed after we see the space.

03Estimates and services

• Sending a request through this site, by text, by phone or by email does not create a contract and does not reserve a date on our schedule.
• Price, scope, materials and schedule are set only in a written estimate prepared after we inspect and measure the space.
• Any work we perform is governed by the written estimate or agreement you accept for that project. If that document and these terms ever conflict, the project document controls.
• Conditions found once work begins, such as subfloor damage, moisture or hidden defects, may require changes, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

04Materials and appearance

Wood is a natural material. Color, grain, knots and character vary from board to board and from one batch to another, and stains and finishes look different depending on the wood species and the light in your home. Photos and colors shown on this site and on screens are a general reference and may not exactly match the materials installed in your home.

05Calls, texts and email

When you share your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

06Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false information or requests in someone else’s name
• Send spam, malicious code or automated requests through the estimate form
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its server
• Copy or use the site’s content in ways these terms do not allow

The Fortunato name, logo, text, photos, graphics and design of this website belong to Fortunato Hardwood Floors LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying our photos or logo, requires our written permission.
